RETURN POLICY

Cancellation of an order before being issued:

The User will be able to cancel an order as long as it does not contain customized products, without having to give an explanation as long as the oder has not been issued. If a User wants to cancel an order and the order meets the conditions stated, he must contact us by sending an email to info@cavirosport.com that appears on the Web. At the time we receive the cancellation request, we will ask the warehouse the cancellation of the order. If the order is subject to cancellation, we sill send the User an email to confirm the cancellation and in case Caviró Sport has charged the price of the order, this will be immediately returned to the User.

Return of products after they have been delivered:

1.    Change of size or return of products that do not correspond with the order:

The User that has placed an order through the Web, has the  right to return the products that do not correspond to his order in case of receiving them that way. Likewise the User has the right to return a product already purchased in another size.

For this the User has a term of  fourteen (14) calendar days to count from the delivery of the order, to make claims. This term does not constitute any violation of the rights that the User has by law. To proceed with the return, the User should fill out the returns form through the Web, and send them to info@cavirosport as well as to Dupla Logistics. After that, the client should take the package to the nearest collection point.

Once the product is received in the stores, and as long as the product complies with the requirements set forth in section 3, Caviró Sport will proceed to issue a new shipment with the correct size, product or color, or to refund the User for the amount of the order and the shipping costs.

In case the order is not accepted due to its no complying with the requirements set forth in section C, Caviró Sport will  not proceed to reimburse the User for the amount of the order, and the product will be sent to the User. In this case the User must take charge of the costs of collecting the product (3.50 E) and of the new shipment (3.50 E).

Refunds will be made in the same way the original payment was made.

For this reason we recommend that before making a return, the User checks that it meets with requirements set forth in secion 3. We stress that if it does not meet them, the User will have to take care of the costs of collection and new shipment.

2.    For other reasons:

In the case that the User wants to return a product because it does not meet his expectations or for any other reason, he has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the order, to make claims. This term  does not constitute a violation of the rights that the User has by Law.

To proceed with the return the client must take the package to his nearest collection point. The package must include the completed return request that he can download in the followinf link, in pdf format. Once the product is received in the stores, and provided the product meets the requirements set forth in section 3, Caviró Sport will proceed to refund the amount of the order and the shipping costs to the User.

In case the order is not admitted due to its not fullfiling the requirements set forth in section 3, Caviró Sport will not proceed to refund to the User the amount of the order. In this case the User must take charge of the costs of collecting the product (3,50 E) and of the new shipment (3,50 E).

Refunds will be made in the same way the original payment was made.

For this reason we recommend the User, before making a return, to check that it meets with he requirements set forth in secion 3. We stress that if it does not meet with them, the User will have to take care of the costs of collection and new shipment.

3.  Requirements to proceed with the return:

  1. the products have not been used or washed in any way (The User can try on clothes and shoes without making sporting use of them or any other use different from the mere act of trying on the products);
  2. the product keeps intact its original labels, without any manipulation;
  3. the product is complete, as, for example, returning the two elements that constitute a pair.

It is worth mentioning that Caviró Sport´s products are subjected to a quality control before leaving the warehouse. Therefore, no return of any product that does not comply with the previous requirements, will be processed.
